Delete your account and data

Bloomly works without an account. If you created an optional account, you can delete it yourself at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Bloomly and go to More, then Account and sync.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

This removes your sign-in and cloud data. Family spaces where you are the last member are deleted with everything in them. Data stored only on your phone stays until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

If you cannot open the app

Email innova8ions@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete it within 30 days.

What we keep

Nothing beyond short-lived technical logs and backups, which are removed on their normal schedule.
