By using Bloomly you agree to these terms.
The service
Bloomly helps you keep records about your pregnancy and your baby, alone or with people you invite. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice, diagnose, treat or replace a doctor, midwife or other health professional. Always follow professional advice and call emergency services in an emergency. Reminders and tools such as due dates or dose timers are aids, not guarantees.
Your account and content
An account is optional. You are responsible for your account and for the content you add. Only add information you have the right to add.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to try to break or overload the service or access other people's data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. Keep your own copies of important records using the export tools in the app.
Ending use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and innova8ions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the app. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
